To help us book the best loads for you we will require
Copy of active CDL
Active MC number
Proof of insurance
W9
Signed and dated carrier agreement packet
Throwback Steelers or Titans Jerseys*
(* Not necessary at all but it would be greatly appreciated lol)
Loads Booked
Some of the loads we book are
Flatbeds
Dry Vans*
Reefers
Hot Shots
Box Trucks**
(Please have straps, tarps and pallet jacks for all loads pertaining loads)
* Swing doors are preferred but not necessary
** Must be at least 26 feet, dock high, with a fold under lift gate
